RETURNS

For an exchange or credit

 

We have a 14 day return policy to exchange your purchase for another item or for a store credit.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

*Unused and in the same condition that you received it

*Items must have original tags attached

*Items are NOT worn, washed, or damaged

*Items are returned with the receipt of purchase

*Items are returned within 14 days of purchase 

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged including:

* Gift Vouchers

* Sale Items

* Jewellery

* Swimwear

* Sunglasses 

 

Please see the section 'How to Return" for the process sending your product back to us.

The customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping costs which are non refundable.

RETURNS

For faulty product 

 

In the event your item is faulty please follow the “How to Return” instructions to send the item back.

If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement item, store credit or refund.  

 

To be eligible for a refund:

* The product is faulty

* You were sent the wrong item

*You were sent the wrong size

*The item is significantly different from the product images or description 

 

You are not eligible for a refund:

*If you just changed your mind

*If the product is damaged by being worn or washed incorrectly

*Please note damage from general ‘wear and tear’ is not a satisfactory reason for return 

 

In the instance the item is deemed faulty the return shipping costs will be refunded.

Once your item has been received we will contact you to determine what product you would like to exchange to or issue a store credit.

Refunds (if applicable)

 Once your item is received and inspected, we will contact you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We will offer a replacement item if available, store credit, or refund at your discretion.

If refunded, the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

There are processing delays for refunds by all providers.

Please note there are 5-10 business days for Paypal Refunds to be approved.

We love how good technology is today and how seamless our systems are!!

However systems like people sometimes have their glitches!
