"In-Store Gift Vouchers" are to be redeemed in-store only

If the voucher will be redeemed online you MUST purchase the other option  

"Online Gift Vouchers" are to be redeemed online only

What happens after you purchase a voucher

• A payment receipt will be emailed immediately after your purchase

• Please allow 48 hours for the Gift Voucher Code to be processed

• Our In-store Vouchers are printed with a unique number - we will email you a copy of the number for your record and also ask your preference: would you like the Voucher held in-store for someone to collect or would you prefer the voucher be mailed to the recipient? This will all be communicated with you. 

Gift Voucher Terms

• Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable

• Gift Vouchers are treated like cash, if you lose the voucher number it cannot be retraced

Redeeming Vouchers

• In-store vouchers are to redeemed at the Cobram store only

• These vouchers can be used over multiple sales and not limited to one sale
