"Online Gift Vouchers" are to be redeemed online only

If the voucher will be redeemed in our Cobram store you MUST purchase the other option  

"In-Store Gift Vouchers" are to be redeemed in-store only

What happens after you purchase the voucher

• A payment receipt will be emailed immediately after your purchase

• Please allow 48 hours for the Gift Voucher Code to be processed

• You will then be emailed a Direct Link that includes the online voucher code 

• This email can be forwarded to the recipient to claim

• No hard copy voucher is issued with online vouchers

Gift Voucher Terms

• Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable

• Gift Vouchers are treated like cash, if you lose the voucher they cannot be replaced 

Redeeming Vouchers

• Online Vouchers are limited to ONE USE 

• The entire voucher amount must be redeemed in one sale only

• If the voucher amount is for $50, then the sale must exceed $50

• Please enter the Voucher Code in the "Discount Code" Section when checking out 

• You can only redeem one online voucher per online sale, Shopify will not allow multiple vouchers to be used within one sale
