What happens after you purchase a voucher

A payment receipt will be emailed immediately after your purchase

Please allow 48 hours for the Gift Voucher Code to be processed
- Our In-store Vouchers are printed with a unique number - we will email you a copy of the number for your record and also ask your preference: would you like the Voucher held in-store for someone to collect or would you prefer the voucher be mailed to the recipient? This will all be communicated with you
